Return Policy

Due to the nature of our hair care products, we are unable to accept returns for any opened product for any reason. At this time we are also unable to accept online exchanges. If you would like to exchange an unopened product, please process a return as noted below and place a new order for the desired product.

You may return most unopened products within 7 days of delivery for a refund, however the cost of the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at support@curlshoppe.ca with your order number in the subject line to begin the return process. Please include images of the product(s) you would like to return as well as a brief description on why you would like a refund. Upon review, customer support will provide you with further instructions if your return is accepted.

Note: Original shipping fees paid by you are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, original shipping fees (if applicable) will also be deducted from your refund total. International duties and taxes paid are also non-refundable by CurlShoppe.

Please allow up to 2-5 business days for the refund to be processed back on to your original form of payment.


Cancelling An Order

You are able to cancel your order if it has not yet been prepped for shipment and/or sent out for shipment. If you have received a shipment notification via email you are no longer able to cancel the order. You can reply directly to your order confirmation email or email us at support@curlshoppe.ca as soon as possible with your order number in the subject line to request an order cancellation. If approved, the CurlShoppe support team will cancel your order and process a refund back to your original form of payment.

Please allow up to 2-5 business days for the refund to be processed back on to your original form of payment.


Order Issue, Damaged or Defective Products

Although we prepare and pack our items with love and care, we know things happen. If there is an issue with your order (wrong item or missing item) or if you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@curlshoppe.ca with your order number in the subject line. Please include images of the product(s) received in your email to us. Upon review, the CurlShoppe support team will arrange for replacement product(s) to be sent to you or a refund to be processed as applicable.

Please allow up to 2-5 business days for the refund to be processed back on to your original form of payment.
