Yes! All of our products are safe for colour treated hair. Normally harsh alcohols and sulphates are the ingredients that strip colour from your hair and our products are 100% free from these ingredients.

Currently our products are not 100% vegan certified, but are all naturally based and cruelty free. You can read more about our ingredients here.

Yes! We make all of our products in small batches ourselves and only test with our human employees, friends and family :) We are working on getting officially certified by a cruelty free program.

We guarantee one year shelf life with all of our products. All of our products are naturally based and unfortunately will not last forever. With that being said, we make all of our products in small batches meaning it was most likely made a few weeks before you received it.

We now proudly offer refills pouches for some of our products! You can also recycle all of our bottles and jars.

Unfortunately our products are not made in a nut-free environment. Although the ingredient list of a particular product might not contain nuts, we are unable to guarantee our products are safe for someone with a nut allergy.

We are unable to accept returns of any opened/used products. Please check out our Return Policy for more info.

Most of our products are water based, which means if it is left outside in extreme cold they can freeze! To defrost, let it sit in room temperature for 24 hours. Once fully defrosted, give it a good shake before using. Don't worry, this will not alter the product's performance ability!

We primarily ship to Canada and the United States, but we are actively growing our reach. We now also ship to the United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands.

Your order will take anywhere from 2-5 business days to be processed. Once it has been picked up by the shipping courier, shipping can take anywhere from 2-8 business days, but unfortunately that is out of our control. Once it's in the hands of the shipping courier we no longer have any insight into the delivery process.

Delivery details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. We select the best option for your order each time.

We also offer free customer pick-up at our warehouse located @ 380 Alliance Ave in Toronto. You can select pick-up in the checkout process.
