Your order weight is automatically calculated in your cart based on the items you've selected.

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days from the order date (not including weekends and holidays). For any orders following a special promotion (sale), the order processing may take longer than normal.

Once your order is packed, you will receive an email confirmation from us with your tracking number. After orders have been dropped off to the post office, we cannot control the delivery time as it is subject to the courier (and customs if applicable).

We don't have a physical store location, however if you're interested in picking up your products in person, visit some of our current Retail Partners! Please reach out to them directly for stock and pricing related questions.


If your order is $45 CAD or more and you live in North America (Canada/US), you will be able to select FREE SHIPPING at the checkout (no promo code required).


Currently we only ship within Canada, United States, United Kingdom and Germany.

For everywhere else in the world, unfortunately shipping is too costly so we are unable to ship to you yet. However, feel free to reach out to us via email or social media with your address and we'll see what we can accommodate!


Our preferred carrier is Canada Post. With that being said, due to any possible circumstances that may cause delays (ex. strikes) we use other carriers to get your products to you safely and in a timely manner!

For our US shoppers, you will receive your package via your local carrier once it crosses the border. This unfortunately means you may incur customs and duty fees that we are unable to predict or handle the costs of.

For our international shoppers we use a range of companies based on the best rates we can get you.

Canada

When shipping within Canada, we use Canada Post Expedited Parcel via Chit Chats to ensure secure and fast delivery!

Please see below for an estimated* time frame once we drop your package off, depending on province:

 Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba 1-4 Business Days
All other provinces 4-14 Business Days

United States

When shipping within the United States, we primarily use USPS Priority Mail via Chit Chats to ensure secure and fast delivery!

Please see below for an estimated* time frame once we drop your package off (applicable to all States):

If your package states delivered but you are unable to locate it, please reach out to the shipping carrier first! They will have more insight on the location of your package than we will. Once you've reached out to the shipping carrier, feel free to contact us at support@curlshoppe.ca and we'll be happy to assist you further. We may need a case number so be sure to keep that on file.

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued a refund for the item(s) minus any return fees*.

Returned undeliverable packages are subject to our standard 3-5 business day processing time. You may be contacted to see if you would like your order re-shipped for an additional shipping fee. If a response is not received within our processing window then the return will be processed and you may place a new order.

*Return fees vary per package and are non-negotiable. You are being charged for the cost of the package being sent back to us.
