DESCRIPTION
Give your curls a treat by buttering them up with our decadent detoxifying Clay Masque. This ultra rich and creamy formula provides lots of moisture for dry or damaged hair. Detangling is also a breeze as knots melt away once this masque is applied. The star ingredient is Rhassuol Clay, which will soften your hair over time and also has the added benefits of gently removing toxins from your hair and scalp. Our Clay Masque is the perfect addition to your wash day routine and works for all curl types.
HOW TO USE
Add this to your curls twice a month for extra nourishment and a good curl reset. Apply to clean, wet hair. Use your fingers or a wide tooth comb to evenly distribute the product. Once evenly applied, use a shower cap to trap in natural heat for 15-30 minutes. Rinse out thoroughly and style as desired.
PRO TIP: In a rush? Leave it on while you’re in the shower doing all other shower things (shaving, practicing your singing, rehearsing that conversation you need to have, etc.) and rinse out at the very end!

FAQ
How often should I use this masque? Recommended use is really dependent on your individual hair needs! A great starting point is twice a month, but if you feel like your curls need a little more TLC you can use it weekly.
Can I leave this in overnight? No, it is not recommended due to the Rhassoul Clay used within the Masque. Although it has softening properties, it also has natural detoxifying properties that might dry out your hair if left on for very long periods of time. In general it's not great to keep your hair wet over night!

As discussed in another review I have done, I have 3a-3c hair, shoulder blade length, sides buzzed. I also have eczema and psoriasis on my scalp, so it it not uncommon for me to use steroid creams or other scalp/skin treatment that can leave both my scalp and hair oily/greasy. This has not been an issue since I started using this product! I use it every other week and it does a fantastic job getting out any treatment for my scalp. Usually, I try to plan my more intense psoriasis treatments to happen on the same day with this hair mask as this hair mask strips the residue out but leaves my hair very soft. I only noticed my hair frizzy after using this product once, but that is because I used it longer than the recommended time to keep it in, which is on me. I do not need to use much, and still have product a year later. It also has a pleasant maple vanilla scent, and reminds me of how playdough smells. I will buy this again once I am out too.
Butter Whipped Clay Masque
First of all it smells amazing. Usually use it before I blow dry my 4c hair. Makes it feel very moisturised, lightweight, so soft and shiny.
My favourite deep conditioner. Wonderful thick texture, tons of slip and smells beautiful.
Used this product at my moms while visiting and oh my goodness it leaves your hair feeling like you just left the hair salon!
